As a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, I am dedicated to supporting you in experiencing healing, vitality, and growth in your life. Together, we will create a compelling vision for your future—beyond the trauma of your past—and develop tangible goals to help you move toward this vision across all areas of your life, including your relationships, career, and personal well-being.
My approach is centered on the present and future. With a background as a mental health provider, counselor, and psychotherapist, I have extensive training and experience working with mental health, substance use, and trauma. I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing and Somatic Stress Release, which enable me to support you through body-based healing techniques.
Drawing from my indigenous lens, I honor the wisdom of ancestral traditions and incorporate culturally respectful practices into our work. I help you identify how past experiences may be holding you back, assess barriers to achieving your goals, and support you in manifesting the life you envision—whole, resilient, and thriving.

Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching is not counseling or psychotherapy
It’s important to note that in my work as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, I do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, nor do I provide psychotherapy or counseling. We do not process through past trauma, address acute mental health crises, or work directly on resolving trauma-related symptoms. My coaching work is focused on supporting you in healing, growth, and achieving your goals from a body-based, present-centered perspective.
Somatic coaching is most appropriate if you are already working with a licensed mental health professional or counselor, are in remission from trauma-related mental health symptoms, or are managing your mental health and ready to transition into the next phase of your life. It’s a complementary and empowering approach to help you cultivate vitality, resilience, and forward movement.
Please remember, coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and I encourage clients to consult with their mental health providers as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
If it is more appropriate for you to work concurrently with a mental health provider or if you need counseling or psychotherapy, I will discuss these recommendations during our consultation. If symptoms emerge during our work that require more acute support than coaching can provide, I will gladly facilitate referrals to qualified providers in your area when possible.
