Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching

“My goal is to support you to heal. To help you learn that healing is dynamic. That it grows, changes, and moves with you. And to help you develop a sense of agency and capacity to choose your own path in this life.”
As a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, I help individuals experience healing, vitality, and growth in their lives.
I help you create a vision for your life beyond the trauma of your past, and to create and achieve tangible goals to help you move towards this vision you have for your intimate self, your professional ventures, and your relationships.
My approach is PRESENT and FUTURE focused. My unique background as a counselor and psychotherapist working with mental health, substance use, and trauma, has equipped me with the training, skills and experience to help you look at how past experiences hold you back, to help you assess the barriers to achievement in your present and future goals, and to help you manifest the visions you have for the spectrum of your life.

Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching is not counseling or psychotherapy
As a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, I do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, I do not provide psychotherapy or counseling, we do not process through past trauma, and we do not work through acute mental health crises.
Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching is appropriate if you are already working with a psychotherapist or counselor, are in remission with trauma-related mental health symptoms, and/or you are managing your mental health symptoms and now want to move to the next phase of your life.

The power of “not yet” and the tyranny of “now”

Charlie Brown and Snoopy ❤ Who doesn’t love this dynamic duo?
